An Inconvenient Truth

Otherwise known as "The Al Gore Movie". Let's be real clear if you are coming at this with preconceived notions. This is NOT a Republican bashing movie by an embittered nearly "next president of the United States". This is simply Al Gore seeking another outlet for a message that he clearly believes in with a passion. A message that is being ignored at too many levels in the USA.

As a European that moved here I was always a bit appalled by the conspicuous mass consumption here. I've become a little lazy in my ways and this serves to sharpen my views and actions. If you want a rounded, understandable and excellent introduction to the topic of Global Warming (and even if you DON'T) you owe it to yourself and your kids to pledge to see this movie (click on the logo top right), or read the book, or view the website. But truly - the images in the movie - like the one above - are best seen on a large screen with their context so you understand where those fishing boats are lying abandoned and why it occured - go see it.
